Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Holly OS, a private executive operating system operated by Holly Oh Diamond ("Holly OS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By logging in or otherwise using Holly OS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Holly OS aggregates and displays business information — including financial account data, email, calendar, and tasks — in a single executive dashboard to help authorized users run their operations. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

3. Eligibility and authorized use

• Access is granted by invitation only. You must be an authorized user to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly at info@workonward.com of any unauthorized access or security concern.

4. Financial data and Plaid

Holly OS uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect financial accounts. By connecting an account, you represent that you are authorized to do so and you grant Holly OS and Plaid permission to access and use the associated information as described in our Privacy Policy and Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

Holly OS does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Information displayed is for convenience only; you are responsible for verifying it before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) access or attempt to access the service without authorization; (b) interfere with or disrupt the service or its security; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as permitted by law.

6. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party providers (including Plaid and Google). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

Holly OS and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed data will be complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holly Oh Diamond and Holly OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute arising under these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
